I drink lots of water and try to just eat balanced. No dieting for me! Sometimes you over indulge, but that's OK if the majority of the time your diet is good.

I do drink tons of coffee, which is my one vice.

What will substitute in the combo bag? Albeit Hershey's chocolate is superior to Nestle... once you've had Cadbury (and a lot of it)... you can never go back. Cadbury is the supreme superior chocolate of all chocolates. ..and then once you've had Ghirardelli's of San Francisco you'll reconsider! 8)...

Not long ago, I was putting my four year old son to bed.

We were snuggling while I read him a story and was rubbing his forehead. He just looked so sweet, so I told him

"I love you."

He looked up at me, gave a contented sigh and replied "I know."
