I think that there's a much better market for items like posters, t-shirts, and basically anything that can and will wear out. CD's are too durable which limits the number of people who would be buying them. Between my brother and myself, we have nearly all of JB's albums. There is no way that we wo...

I heard/read, probably from someone on here, that JB is supposed to be recording an album between last week's Wrigley shows and the Vegas shows. Now the benefit throws a monkey-wrench into that. There's no saying what's happening later on in the fall, but if I remember correctly, he usually hits tho...

Try clicking on the link at the top of page 3 of this thread. I've tried to find info from the MSG website and there's nothing, however, there is stuff on the Ticketmaster website.

CBP vs Wrigley

Was anybody at both shows? I'm curious how things (sound, etc) matched up. I know Katrina had clearly affected things, but I'm talking about the other things. Maybe next year, I will "go west young man" and take in a show at Wrigley.

Sweet Encore at CBP

At tonight Phillies game they treated the 25,000+ fans to a little more JB. Between innings they had a segment where they asked the Phillie Phanatic what he did during the Phillies long roadtrip. The Phanatic pointed to the huge screen in left on which they played a clip from Saturday's show where J...

Yeah. I noticed that I couldn't move my ipod too far away, but I just thought that there was a lot of radio interference. The thing is, a Linex connects via the normal audio out (earphone jack) port. It's not USB. That's the kicker.

Another FM transmitter is made by Linex. It has a range up to 150 feet (although I think that's in a perfect world), but it works well. You have 7 channels to choose from, and you can connect it to everything from your ipod, computer, and everything else. Last week I made a playlist on my ipod and j...

From what I've been seeing on TV & the web, it looks like much else of the area is destroyed. Also, in no way did I mean that as a slight against anyone. It just seems that this is going to be espescially difficult to recover from. I'm sure some businesses/people will have to totally rebuild, ev...

That report is from Commons st., about half a city block west of Canal St. in the oposite direction of the French Quarter. Mville is about 3/4 of a mile from there where it is still dry. Oh. OK. Good. I haven't been to NO in 17 years and can only remember a few things - all of which I assume will s...
