Currently reading Updike's Rabbit is Rich. I notice a lot of people are posting about reading books by authors that are always on the bestsellers' list. Don't just limit yourself to just the popular writers. Read some National Book Award and Pulitzer winners as well. You'll find some amazing stuff.

The bad thing is yopur credit record is being hurt. I had the same thing happen to me many years ago, but over a much lesser amount of money. Definitely see an attorney about contempt proceedings.

Over detailed and mind numbingly bad prose, but sometimes I like to read a poorly written book.

All I can say is be prepared. I read Ulysses several months ago, taking six weeks to read it. Probably the best book I've ever read.
