Well the Indy 500 had a crazy ending! At least no one was hurt during all of the wrecks. :o I've cleaned our humidifiers. Made a beef/gravy/noodle dish for dinners later in the week. Tonight is burgers and corn on the cob. Tomorrow I'm making bacon/eggs for breakfast and Queso Fundito for dinner. La...

Good morning Bill and BN! As a matter of fact, we are having burgers for dinner tonight. :) Not grilling (can't have them at our apartments), but they're turn out great anyway. Broiling in the oven, or grill pan on the stove, is how I learned to cook them anyway. It's a beautiful, sunny day outside....

Sauvignon Blanc is one favorite these days. Another SSDD work day. Looking forward to the 3 day weekend!
