i do not understand how someone can take the english language version of the king james bible as the literal word of god as some people do. Several years ago I met a friend of a friend that was going to a 'bible' college. He was upset that part of his requirements included learning Hebrew, Latin an...

Just to add some perspective, though, especially living in the middle of the country, just airfare to one of the islands is around $1k per person. With keets that's $3k, $4k or more. JUST to get to the island, before splitting the cost of the villa, food, and other entertainment. I have no problem ...

all of our friends don't want to spend the $$ to split a place in the islands ( with keets)or they can't live w/o the keets for a week. whatever. We have the same problem. We just can't seem to find anyone, without or without 'keets that wants to split a house. I used to think my friends just didn'...

Someone needs to tell 'em you don't laugh at your own jokes and their comedy "routines" grow incredibily stale with just one listen, much less repeating them ad nauseum. I remember when the Raleigh rock station (96.1) put them on in the morning.....talk about a 'what are they thinking' so...

How much is standard parking in Charlotte? Anyone know?

Maybe I currently have my nerves very close the surface. I moved from pretty liberal, mostly cultural...
