You still think so? How about C.C. Deville(sp?) Just watched an episode of Surreal Life, he reminded me more of Squiggy(I think that was his name) than an ex-rock star.

As for historical fiction, I prefer James Michener(sp?). His book "Caribbean" was right on as for facts, and he lets you know what is fact and what is ficiton at the begining of the book, and for each chapter. It was excellently written and engaging. I still, almost want to read Da Vonci C...

I did it through a temp agency. It paid minimum wage and like 35 cents a mile. I went only to banks and had to fill out a little survey afterwards. Not worth all the driving I had to do.

I haven't read it. My wife has. And I can't see why it had gotten so much publicity. It is Fiction. And pop Fiction at that. From what she told me, it wasn't even literary. As for a mystery, she said it didn't come close to comparison to such classics as Maltese Falcon, Big Sleep, etc. She said it w...

Cherry Wheat. Drank the Sam Adams version over the weekend. Wasn't bad for a fruity beer. Prefer the Summer Ale.

Sunseeker, I'm aware of the hurricanes. But disasters are not what causes that big of a deficit. I would like to see the figures of how much was given to Florida and the rest of hard hit areas. But I would bet less than a quarter of our deficit equals how much aid was given to these disasters.

At least you went. I've seen the Dead and RatDog and even JGB Band with Merle Saunders (without Jerry) and all were fun shows, but I can only imagine what something like the real thing could have been like.

We were talking back in the sixties when they were doing the shows for Neal Cassidy and the other guys. Before they became the commercial success of neckties and such. Way before my day, I was born in '79 and never been to a show. So I have no first hand experience. But have friends who had been to ...

They are funny, but shouldn't you give some credit to George Carlin on this. I think these are his. I could be mistaken, though. and if I am, I apologize. They are funny.
