Buckaroo Banzai and the 5th Dimension.

Saw it back in high school. Strange. Could never get my hands around the plot line.

I just was curious of others thoughts. Now this one is my own, why do convicted felons lose their right to vote? No constitutional expert here. But it seems to me that we, as a country, view convicted felons as persons that have a total disregard for our system of laws. Therefore we restrict these ...

The money making companies hate that we could/should be more effiecient, if we use less "oil" there shareholders might make less money. Ahh, but the rub here is that once these alternative companies learn how to do this cost effectively they will be the "money making" companies....

I voted for Calvin Coolidge. Who? He was president from 1923-1929. Probably the greatest president in the history of our Republic. He should be on Mount Rushmore with the rest of the greats. AND I'M OLDER and much better looking THAN LARRY!!! Sorry Garry, I was being sarcastic and poking fun at the...

I could be totally wrong on this, but I thought I saw on the news last night that the main proponent of this vetoed bill was the driving force behind defeating a bill on adult stem cell research that Bush said he would sign. Did anyone else hear that? Or am I just hittin' the crack too hard?

Unless you just want to dope fido up to the point where he/she is eternally mellow, but that's not fair to the dog. Agreed and we will do almost anything to avoid that line. Penny, we have tried to pheromes before with mixed results. Sometimes OK, other times I got headaches. Go figure. The other p...

Yeah, she quivers and pants slobbering everything and everyone in her path.

The strange thing is that we hunt with these dogs and she is OK with gunfire going off not to far away from her.

Dogs and Thunderstorms

So the thunder woke me up last night. Or more appropriately, one of our dogs waking up, jumping off the bed and digging her way under the bed woke me up. She pushed aside luggage, and then when she got there and another thunderclap sounded she started to twist and squirm to get out. So I took her in...

What would we put on the train tracks to squish together. Nickels are to thick and will derail the train. :D
Dimes and quarters are actually worth something.

Plus now when you are short cash collect the pennies melt them down and sell the lump of copper.
