All I am saying is that it is extremely easy to say things like that for those of us who...

How old are the kids?
Kids are 12 (daughter) and 8 (son).

I actually like the Castaway idea. And I still have some of last year's Shark Week shows on the DVR we can watch.

Re: The Gates police report.

Patrolman Carlos Figueroa said in a police report that he heard Sgt. James Crowley, the arresting officer, ask for Gates' identification and heard Gates say, "No, I will not!" He also said Gates was shouting at Crowley, calling him a racist and saying, "This is what happens to black men in America!...

Also, I find it a bit odd that the neighbor who called didn't recognize her NEIGHBOR. Now, I know that not everyone talks to/likes their neighbors. Hell, I haven't said more than a few words to my next door neighbor AND a neighbor 2 houses down. But I do recognize them. Just my $.02. I don't necess...

How is "murder" defined? Or "murderer"? I'm a cab caller, walk home kinda person but I still think your "average" DWI/DUI is a witch hunt. To throw these people into the same catagory as someone who uses a knife, gun, rope, weapon, their bare hands, etc to kill someone in anger is ridiculous. It wo...

This whole DUI/DWI thing is out of control...how many on this forum have left a concert, bar, restaurant, friends house, your house, legally drunk (and you'd be surprised how many of you have)...would you consider yourselves a perspective murderer at that time? The complete vilification of DUI/DWI ...

I don't think a person who kills someone while Driving Under the Influence should be charged with manslaughter. In my opinion it should be considered murder.
