hmmm tortola keeps coming up. it seems like a very good base camp to ferry to other islands... If you wanted a base camp in the BVI's to do day trips from Tortola is your spot. There are ferries that go to different locals from both ends of the island so plan accordingly. It can be a long taxi ride.

Is the Stadium refusing the water in to make a buck on concessions or is it considered a security risk like in an airport?
