Why do they put Braille on the drive-through ATMs? Because the dog can't be expected to drive AND use the ATM machine. Or maybe it's in case they go to the ATM in a taxi. How does the dog get the cab to stop? Whistles (surely you've heard of a dog whistle) and waves its paw. Unless it's a black dog...
