I have never done this, so i can't relate the exact procedure, but I have seen someone go to another worker's computer and take a screen capture of the desktop, and the place it over the desktop. They will think their computer is frozen when they try to move the mouse.

I rely on the major newspapers (NYT, WPost, CSMonitor, etc.) and CNN for most of my national news. I also pay attention to FoxNews, for balance.
