I don't know what it is but when I lived in California I would go to the cookouts held by co-workers.. Oh yeah, I bet your date would love the menu at this place. I admit I have eaten a lot of things I wouldn't and most people would not normally eat, but I cannot see going to a gourmet restaurant and paying premium prices to eat them.
