I'll try not to beat a dead horse here. While I don't have a MCSD, I had a MCSE at one time and need to re-certify myself. Or, maybe I'm already certifiable; but that's another thread. :D Lot's of good points raised. One thing to keep in mind about trying to get certifications that if you go the sel...

He did eat an entire platter (10x13 glass dish) of double chocolate brownies. I went downstairs, forgot I had left them to cool, and found the broken dish on the ground, and him finishing up what was left of the brownies. After I made an off hours call to the vet, she said to keep an eye on him and...

There's alotta love for the Sabres this season from the folks in upstate NY. I"m sure the city-folk don't agree, but the rest of the state is all nuts for the Sabres. Our local rumor mill suggests that the Stanley Cup will make an appearance at one of our local bars on the Cup Tour should they...

My car. And if that's too far, a nice piece of grass next to my car. :D [smilie=pimp.gif]

Since I'm local, I'll head home. However, I'm sure there are some hotels close by, I don't know their names.

But hockey is much better in person, it's hard to follow all the action on tv. Absolutely. And that is why it will never catch on with mainstream America. It is always going to be a regional sport. Now, with the advent of big tvs and HD, it helps but watching it on a normal, non-HD tv is difficult....

Nice. :D The Super bowl shouldn't be on TV either. How interesting can a serving dish be? What's so super about a bowl anyway; I'll take a bread plate any day....

Now here is a topic of great interest to me. :D All good teams. Both sets of games are gonna be a battle. I think it's gonna be a Anaheim/Buffalo finals with Buffalo in 6. Not that I'm going to see many of the games since they are on Vs, a channel that few people get. At least the weekend games are...

pancakes and bacon for breakfast. Waffles and sausage for dinner. YUMMMMMMMMMY! :D I'd take any of those (minus the sausage) for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pancakes for dinner is nice because they are relatively light and you don't end up in a coma after you eat. Of course, if you eat enought of t...

Pancakes with butter and syrup (maple) . And a side of bacon and hash browns. And orange juice and coffee. And then a nice nap.

I take my pancakes seriously. [smilie=pimp.gif]

Re: Tailgating In Bristow, VA

Does anyone know if you can tailgate in the parking lot at the Nissan Pavillion in Bristow, VA? I read on ticketmaster website there is no alcohol allowed in the parking lots! Say it isn't so! Has anyone out there tailgated and drank alcohol before a Jimmy Buffet show in Bristow, VA? Tailgating? Bu...

Looks like the tour kicks off in Atlanta on June 13th. I'm seeing them at Nissan on June 23rd. Anyone seeing them before me? I'd love to get a concert report. Dryers/Washing machines back? Or have them been replaced with refridgerators/stove. :) My husband is going to Charlotte June 18. I won't be ...

RUSH fans like Buffett fans are loyal and very hard to please. I've read some of the fan reviews at the RUSH forum and a lot of the reviews are harsh. I think "Snakes and Arrows" is a very fine album, and very well produced. Gonna be hard to please early RUSH fan because it is not "2...
