From another one of my favorites...
Socrates was ugly, Plato was fat, and... um... and Aristotle was a prissy dresser.

Rock Guitarists Shredding

There's a series of famous guitarists like Carlos Santana, Eddie Van Halen, Slash, Joe Satriani, Eric Clapton and several others "shredding" on YouTube. You might have to be a musician/guitarist to really get this, but I must have watched these for an hour last night. They are priceless!!!...

I know I'm a little late but....

Despite Mom's reaction, Bubba was quite proud to see little Sally take her first pinch of Skoal.

I have an HP Officejet 5510 and have no complaints. The only thing I wish is that it scanned negatives and slides. The problem with an all-in-one is that if one thing breaks, everything has to be replaced. If I were to do it over again, I'd buy a good laser printer and a scanner. Toner for a laser p...

Glad it's not some headbanger song.
What are you talking about? The intro is very conductive to headbanging. I do it at Buffett concerts every year. You should see the mosh pits during One Particular Harbor!

Re: Jimmy "fans"

"Oh we love him too, that cheeseburger song is his best song." If he "loves" Buffett and thinks it's his best song, but still doesn't know the name of it, it's probably about the only one he knows. The guy was trying to relate and I can appreciate his effort though. I'll give hi...

Personally, I'd go with the SanDisk because of the screen. I can't imagine not having one. I would definately go with the 2GB model. A gig of music fills quicker than you'd think and the extra little bit of money now may keep you from having to buy her an iPod for a little longer. I do like that the...

The last time I saw Ozzy he looked like a lost & confused little boy on stage and he had the biggest teleprompter I've ever seen! :o Nontheless, it was still a good performance. Hopefully it'll be at least as good this time around. This will be my third Ozzy show and my first for Rob Zombie. I'm...

I wonder if they're picketing downstairs? 30 Rock is NBC's headquarters. The first noisy strikers appeared outside the "Today" show set at Rockefeller Center in New York, where NBC is headquartered. The show is not directly affected by the strike because news writers are part of a differe...

It's a shame that the only really funny parts of that were Bill knocking on Hillary which is always funny to me. It was good, but it could have been much funnier. I guess the SNL writers went on strike a week (or a couple years) earlier than the rest of them.
