I just downloaded the file at work and the system here didn't register a problem, so it could have been my home computer acting up.

Perhaps j44myette could delete that file from the server and reupload it. That might correct the problem. After plowing through Norton, it looks like it's being caused by a security gap in IE that could potentially give access to the Temporary Info Folder. Hopefully its just Norton being overly care...
