Just so you know, in my opinion, the PayPal and EBAY guarantees are not worth anything with regards to concert tickets. I had a problem with 4 tickets I bought to Jimmy at MSG in Sept. I had hard tickets and for some reason the guy I bought from told Ticketmaster that the tickets were never delivere...

UPDATE...Still going back and forth in the exchange portion of the problem resolving process on EBAY but I think I am ready to push the button to the next stage. His latest response is that now he "remembers" what happened...I sent him an email and told him I had not received my tickets! T...

To answer your questions.... The Garden did nothing but we were immediately set upon by other folks who wanted to "help" and sell us tickets at deep discounts. We were not interested in being screwed again and went home. I am working with EBAY but PAYPAL will do nothing. You can only file ...

You're right...it is a risk you take but with the horrible system that they have to buy tickets, is there a lot of choice??

I only found Buffett News.com after the Jones Beach Show this year. Has anyone had any negative experience using the Ticket Exchange?? I ask because I got scammed on EBAY for last night's MSG show (4 tickets - NO GOOD) and just want to find a safer place to attempt to get future tickets.

Exactly! Sorry people don't get to see the show, but let the bums loose money! The whole system stinks and the fact that these folks are able to get in the back door and get so many tickets stinks. Yea, if you can wait you can get tickets for good prices...but who wants to wait. I got all 8 of mine ...

All I can say is that the way it is raining in NYC right now, I'm glad there is a roof on MSG....and our seats are so high I will get a very good view of that roof!

Do you ever hear songs like Creola at a JB Concert?? Loved Jones Beach back in July and wondered if we'd hear any of the ballad type of stuff at MSG because it's indoors??
