Great advice by both. You can stay downtown and take the L up to wrigley, easy to do, but very crowded afterwards (good reason to stay and drink) or if you stay in hotel in wrigley area, buses will take you, especially one going up and down Clark street.

Just got 2 tix together in pavillion at 3:55. And it does say "uncovered pavillion", but I thought they were all covered too?

Keep checking, at 3:55 I got 2 pavillion (5 rows from back, but still pavillion) next to each other.
