If I recall correctly, years ago I saw a listing somewhere for a Buffett greatest hits compilation that was only available at Target. There were no Targets near me at the time, so I never confirmed. Any one ever hear or buy it? Yes...they did do this....it was probably 6 or 7 years ago. I'm at work...

That's the key! I hate to say it, but I don't need 6 more versions of M'ville. But knowing he's putting these out, you'd think he'd want to make each one unique.

I'll tell ya what I can remember... Drove Saturday from outside Philly to Worcester and got on a bus there with some friends. We got into the bus section at about 3:00 and landed right in the middle of it all. We were in one of those areas that was almost impossible to walk through so we just droppe...

If this took the place of "scalping", I wouldn't mind it so much. But it seems to me, the agents and brokers and ebayers will continue to get and resell tix the way they have always done it. TM will now take those few good seats that had been available and run up the prices on those too! O...

I'll be there on Saturday, we'll be on a 25 passenger bus, hopefully we'll be put right into the bus section. My shipment from the Oriental Trading company arrived last week, so I will be well stocked. Ask me for a "shot 'n' a lei", not necessarily in that order! Can't wait, see you all th...

Those Putumayo CDs are very good, the Calypso one has a lot of older Calypso songs. I also have the Caribe! Caribe! and the Caribbean Party, both are a lot of fun to listen to but are mostly vocal.

A lot of the Club Trini stuff is instumental, that would be a good call.

If the charity has any fund raisers scheduled in the near future, you might consider donating the actual tickets to the charity and let them hold a raffle or auction for the tickets. The winner will get the tickets and a tax deduction (above the face value I believe), you will have made a valuable c...

While I always love to hear more of Jimmy's stuff in concert. I always believed that encores should be special and impromptu, not part of the usual set list. Really, do you think when Jimmy walks off the stage after the second set, and he hasn't played M'ville or Fins, that he decided on the spur of...

I think PTYD15YOGH was another of those few songs written by "Marvin Gardens".

I remember hearing the same thing, that and maybe Train to Dixie were recorded for "Second Wind" which became Havana Daydreamin'.

I was hoping one or both might have made it onto MMIM. No such luck.

My wife and I have three children, all of whom went to at least one Buffett show prior to their appearance in this world. The closest was last summer, about 7 1/2 months along with our daughter. Bring a comfortable chair, some shade if possible and plenty of water. I doubt there is a parrothead anyw...

Friends don't let friends dial drunk! It was great to see the BN crowd, some for the first time. The parking lot was great, the jello shots were great, and I know I have a picture somewhere of SA and a knife again. What would Camden be without a picture of SA and his knife! Hey, maybe we'll get a Sa...

mchessler The tailgaiting is great at the Tweeter Center in Camden, you'll love it! The parking lots are kind of spread out, there are 7 or 8 smaller ones instead of on big one. But each one will have its own tailgating going on. I've ended up in different lots almost every year and had a great time...

I'll be coming on a bus in a group of about 45. I am trying to get into that lot, we'll be there about 2:00. We are working on an ice luge this year, stop by for a shot!
