I still don't know how all these hotels are knowing about the concert before it's even announced. Just in case, I made reservations at the Hampton Inn on May 22, but still kept the April 24th one. You just never know!

Well, the General Manager from the Comfort Suites just called me and asked it I wanted to reserve two nights for the Buffett concert which is Sat., May 22 this year, not April. $229 per night with no cancelations or refunds. How do they know already? Not sure if we can make this one.

Just went to the Choice Hotels site and the Comfort Inn at PHP has $200+ rates for all weekends in May except the 2nd and last weekends. The 1st weekend has a cancellation date of day of check in.
