JB ain't exactly Bach, neither. Shakespeare's overrated anyhow. It was a good show, and he has a right to be proud...and somewhat protective as well.

Good for him. Barring THE ADDAMS FAMILY, I can't think of any movie based on a classic tv show that turned out well.

And yes, I think Magnum qualifies as a classic tv show. Still watch it in reruns, thanks to SLEUTH.
