I might not make the "happy hour" festivities at Cabo. My friend might not be able to get off work until 3pm, and then we would have to drive to Houston. We would be coming from Austin, is traffic bad going into Houston?

Maybe this has been addressed, but will the CHAMP car race this weekend have any effect on traffic in the area? Just wondering... nope - the race is over at reliant stadium.... not even close to where the show is at What about the cooler races!!! I'm sure those will have an effect on traffic!!!
