I didn't eat at Louie's Backyard but I did eat at the restaurant/lounge area above Louie's Backyard...I think it's called Louie's Upper Deck or something like that. They serve tapas...the food was really good. The atmosphere was nice and they kept all the windows open and a nice breeze off the ocean...

That's awesome!!!! We had a gorgeous day, would have loved to gotten out and played a round. WOOOO-HOOOOO!!!!!! Went shopping for a new pair of shorts tonight, took 2 pair into the fitting room. When I was done I handed the lady the pair with the 36 inch waist, and kept the one with the 34 inch waist for me!!!! That's a total of 4 inches off my waist so far!!! congrats, jack! that's great!...

i tried to run on friday and it didn't go very well. i ran for two minutes and went back to walking. the next day i decided to try it again...it went much better. i got my breathing under control so i went two and half minutes. today i ran for three minutes. i figure i will just work my way up...ho...
