Oh yeah

After seeing the Houston show I've heard a few of the others on Radio Margaritaville....and it is very cool to see that he is mixing different songs in. Jimmy sure is sounding good, and the Reefers are very strong this summer :)

Drinks

Mojitos, and Maitis :pirate: Keep a good juke box. Try and get some real Calypso Music ie: Lord Kitchener, and other native island music (Carribean, and South Pacific). How about a few Tiki god's?

Don Tiki

Anyone have any of his two CD's. Bubba covers "The Natives Are Restless" on this tour. I'm about to buy these but don't want to be disappointed.

SOUTH PARK MEADOWS

The bes venue I've seen Bubba play is Cynthia Woods...but no tailgating is a downer. I'd have to say Austin's South Park Meadows was the best. That was where he played durng the Banana Wind Tour in September of 1996.

At the Houston show he said he was headed down under...maybe that means a West Coast stop for a warm up?

He is not leaving out the video portion of the tailgating. He just played a different song. For Houston it was "Boat Drinks" ....."New words for the Houston version should be 20 degrees and the Rodeo is on"

East Texas Parrot Head was right on with his review. I really really like the new set list...by the way the stage decorations, and Polynesian dancers were awesome!! Thw whole Tiki Time theme was very cool, and well done.

Houston Set List

I thought the set list was great. It was great hearing songs like "Boomerang Love", "Great Heart" , and "Apocalypso" . Jimmy and The Reefers did a good job keeping some of the crowds "party favorites" , and intorducing some new old songs to the set. I wish we ...

Hawaiian Music

I just completed my Carribbean Collection (Well...not really), and I'm looking for some good Hawaiian music. Anyone out there have any ideas? I have some Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, Teresa Bright, and Hapa.
