I couldn't find '5 O'Clock Somewhere' on Mod Tones either but I did find it on Midi Ringtones. It cost $1.99 to download it to my phone (LG VX-4400).

I just switched to Verizon and was looking for "fun" ring tones. I have a LG VX-4400. My phone has 'Get it Now' where I can download ringtones. There are 4 or 5 different apps that you can download for ring tones but most of them don't let you search the catalog before you download the app...
