Got one in Charlotte but they didn't have them in Raleigh. I guess they had to re-print the "limited edition"? It will go very well with the posters/prints from all the other shows.

I'll be Springsteen tonight and Buffett tomorrow. Maybe they'll both "drop in" on the other. Like that'll happen. Anyway, couple of fun concert days!

The old Palladium at Carowinds outside Charlotte, NC back in the 1970's. Small outdoor amplitheater at the theme park that would seat about 1,000 people. For $2.00 and a park pass for the day you could get in and see Jimmy with a crowd of at least 200!! Come Monday and Pencil Thin Moustache were the...

Saturday afternoon there were still a lot of reserved seats left in Charlotte at $130.00 each! Two years ago when he was there the same tickets were $68.50!!! Of course all of the $33 lawn seats were long gone. That should tell you something. Paul McCartney in Atlanta two years ago were only $125.00.

I have a music room dedicated to my two favorite "B's" - Buffett & Beatles. The two Buffett walls are covered with framed concert posters with my ticket stubs and photos from all 11 concerts I've attended. There are liscense plates from each of the Margaritavilles I've visited (4), sev...

2006 TOUR POSTER?

The past several years there has been a tour poster for sale at the T-Shirt booth. Sadly, there wasn't one in Charlotte last night. Has anyone seen a poster for this year with the "Party at the End of the World Tour 2006" logo or slogan? I need one to keep my collection intact! BY THE WAY,...

Charlotte Parking Lots

I just received confirmation from the General Manager that Verizon will open the lots at 12:00 on June 4. Last time Jimmy played there they kept the lots closed until 5:00 and the resulting 3 mile long traffic jam kept thousands from getting in the show until intermission! Thank you Verizon for show...

The Great Chords Compilation as mentioned before is a very good source. I have also found that the "official" songbooks are pretty good. The double book for "Fruitcakes" and "Barometer Soup" is very accurate as is the one for "License to Chill". I also found a...

What's to fix??? Having just seen the Charlotte and Raleigh shows there were no restless natives, smoke, Tiki gods, etc. THAT WAS LAST YEAR! Jimmy brought back some great early pieces and with the new arrangements you don't even notice that Fingers isn't there. Besides if you think he only played on...
