Can't think of any president in recent memory that didn't win an election without dividing people and pointing out the faults of the other side. Nothing constructive there. March to left, march to the right...is there any other option? Both sides have their buzz "hate words" to taint the o...

South Africa 2010
How about that draw today for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. The USA might actually be able to finish second to England in their group.
The "group of death" is easily Brazil, Portugal and Ivory Coast.

On the other hand how many people can afford to pay $200 a ticket to see a musician? Or can afford a $3.5 million dollar instrument?
Nevermind all these "feely" questions in the article, how about the financial questions they don't bother to ask!

Re: Went to Parking Lot Yes.....Went to Concert No?
As much as I LOVE the tailgating at Alpine Valley ultimately the day is about the show and as such I always "try" to make it into the show. One year I didn't and the parking lot was alive with music, life and fun...and there were no security issues whatsoever. I've never gone to a venue wi...

Don't bother...it's less about music and more about politics. I cancelled my subscription when the majority of covers and major stories weren't even about music at all...unless the music fit the magazines political leaning...i.e. Green Day.

How do you technically know you're drunk? Assuming you've had a drink and haven't stayed dry. What about driving while tired/exhausted...eating....texting....talking on the phone...changing the radio station, stressed, etc? We all know these cause us to be less responsive, attentive and impair our d...

Re: Good News...Killing Someone Only Nets 24 Days in Jail
How is "murder" defined? Or "murderer"? I'm a cab caller, walk home kinda person but I still think your "average" DWI/DUI is a witch hunt. To throw these people into the same catagory as someone who uses a knife, gun, rope, weapon, their bare hands, etc to kill someone ...

This whole DUI/DWI thing is out of control...how many on this forum have left a concert, bar, restaurant, friends house, your house, legally drunk (and you'd be surprised how many of you have)...would you consider yourselves a perspective murderer at that time? The complete vilification of DUI/DWI i...

"When my country, into which I had just set my foot, was set on fire about my ears, it was time to stir. It was time for every man to stir." Thomas Paine, Common Sense US patriot & political philosopher (1737 - 1809) Seems that the fire is starting to catch in Iran, but will it grow? ...

Disappointed that enough people couldn't look beyond Adam's "flamboyancy" and that group were probably the swing votes. I guess better talent isn't enough to win. Another victory for the narrow and closed minded. Good luck to Kris, seems like a nice guy with a reasonable amount of talent. ...

Star Trek...and I'm not a Trekkie, didn't like the tv show or any of the earlier movies...but this movie is certainly two thumbs up. Can wait for the next one!!!! Angels and Demons....loved the book, hated the movie. Almost walked out, it's the worst movie I've seen for some time. The only redeeming...
