Its a place called the Hangout. I don't particularly care for it myself. The food is average beach fare and all the beachy decorations came from a catalog. It is everything that is cheezy about a beach restraunt/bar all rolled up into one.
And it takes up valuable parking space for the Pink Pony.

I'm gonna say prolly not. He may drop in on his sister's place for a burger and a beer but if he plays anywhere it may be a late night or lunch drop in show @ his hotel.
But then you never know.
