My father deals with bad flair ups of gout and I have had some also. Diet seems to be the biggest thing. The key is figuring out what it is that you are eating that causes you to have flair ups. For me it is a lot of Guinness or peanut butter. Peanut butter I can go with out, Guinness is a lot harder.

The post treatment MRI was today and the results were awesome. The tumor is the size of a pea and outside of the brainstem. The doctors think that the remaining radiation in her body should be able to finish it off.

She's got my vote.
