I just talked with some friends yesterday, and they said that a confirmed pre-party/tailgate at Harrah's VooDoo Lounge will be taking place and Harrah's will be providing shuttles to the concert. Partying on the casino floor is not that appealing to me - the sound of the slots gets on my nerves after awhile! We'll probably end up partying in someone's room if there's not a party going on close-by. There's about 30 of us from the KC Parrot Head Club coming.

The only bar I can find on Harrah's web-site is VooDoo Lounge and if it's like the one here in K.C., it doesn't open until night time. It looks like Dave and Buster's is near there, so that could be a pre-party option. I'd really like to party, shuttle, and crash at Harrah's, though!

We stayed at Harrah's the last time he was there and they had a shuttle for a pretty low price - they dropped us off right at the gate. There was a "not so fun" pre-party inside one of the bars and I think that party & the shuttle was put on by a radio station. I don't remember a parki...

Since so many of us are staying at Harrah's, does any know someone, who knows someone at Harrah's who could see about using their parking lot for a pre-party like the Frisco Feeding Frenzy? That would solve the "no tailgating" problem!!!

There's a lot of info on the livenation web-site. It says doors open at 5, concert at 7, lists ticket prices and everything. Looks official to me!!
