I just called the arena and the person I spoke to said the lots will open early, around 8:00. If you do not know already, parking will be $25, so maybe some of you staying close to the arena can carpool. Is that what they charge for the NHL :o I read where Sunrise does not allow tailgating per city...

I was in NOLA over the weekend and the word there is most likely he will play. Top acts can not play Jazz Fest for 2 years in a row. Also he is known to be a late addition and there several spots still open.

As of this morning he is not listed. However, Van Morrison and Pear Jam are. According to NOLA.com there are some TBA's yet to come.
