Re: How many different Buffett I've seen live
I have been to over 20 shows and there have been a lot of great moments, but one that immediately comes to mind is Buffett singing Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy with the Tams in Atlanta.

Re: Buffett Wedding
Congrats. That's awesome. We had a Buffett wedding as well. Our first dance was Survive and we had A1A as the band. Our favor was a koozie that had a palm tree on one side and "love is a wave building to a crescendo, ride if you will, ride it with me" on the other side. We also provided ch...

Re: I hate ticketmaster
I would go down anyway, especially if you still have to pay for the room. I wouldn't be surprised if there were tickets floating around on show day.

Re: I hate ticketmaster
Big Phan, I think you kind of missed the point. I don't have a problem with anyone from those states and your money is always welcome in LA (Lower Alabama). My point was that these people had no intent of attending the concert. They got the tickets for free with the intent of turning around and sell...

I hate ticketmaster
I wish Jimmy had chosen a different route to distribute these tickets. I'm a lifelong Orange Beach-Gulf Shores person and I got shutout. Meanwhile, a-holes from Wisconsin, New Jersey, Washington, California etc are already selling their tickets online for as much as $600. No offense intended to the ...

Re: Best cover by Buffett?
There's tons of them. As great of a writer as Buffett is, he may also be the world's greatest cover artist. My top three would probably be Great Heart, Biloxi, and Stars on the Water. The one song I'd love to hear him cover would be Jackson Browne's "Jamaica Say You Will".

I'm going to have to agree with HurricaneSeason. Although, Workplay is a terrific venue if you decide to check that out.

A1A help needed
I am trying to book A1A for an event and I am not getting any response from any of the multiple email addresses listed all over the internet. Does anyone have up to date contact info for them?

Re: Songs Buffett Needs to Retire From the Live Shows
I am a 33 year buffett fan and refuse to belive that any buffett fan on the face of this earth would want any song retired. Jimmy can play any song he wants. WHY ? because its his show done the way he wants. Thats why we love him. He has always done things the way he wanted. That is why we love him...

Re: So what's everyone's opinion???
I tend to agree with the whole Margaritaville concept as commercial and a money maker. I don't blame Jimmy for it though...heck I wish I thought of the concept myself. The problem I have with the Margaritaville cafe's is that 95% of the people there can't name more than maybe three songs. And if th...

They were leaving because it was not a very good concert. Same re-tread songs from previous concerts this year. This year's Atlanta show was the worst of the 25+ Buffett shows I've been to. Bad sound, mediocre set list, bad new arrangements of classic songs. I still had a great time but it was a li...

Ideal Setlist
Hey I'm a new poster so I figured I'd introduce myself by starting a thread about your ideal setlist. Hopefully, y'all haven't done this before. The rules are simple: Pick 25-30 songs with two encores and make sure you include the "Big 8". Other than that it's all up to you 1. I Love The N...
