The Sauce Boss plays a National. He calls it "the frying pan." The story is he found it on his front porch one morning.

I think a DVD of the Fillmore show is an excellent idea. What a set list.

I'd suggest Tropical Soul's No Plans at All http://cdbaby.com/cd/mccaughey2. Love that CD. Or for Jim Morris, try Live at Octoberfish. A lot of good songs on that one.

I agree about the sound. I was at the 2 shows this CD was recorded at (I'm in the picture on the back cover too) but I hardly ever listen to it anymore.
Yes, but I'm on the front cover. [smilie=gt_grinz-browwiggle.gif]

PHIP has a list of all the chapters and links to their websites at http://www.phip.com/Chapters.asp I'm geographically impaired but Coast of the Catskills Parrot Head Club might not be too far away. http://www.citlink.net/~islandman/coastofcatskills.html

Just wanted to say thanks to the Toronto folks. Had a great time. The Boat Bash and preconcert event were both a lot of fun. Molson was a wonderful venue, although they might want to think about adding a couple of exits. Took forever to get out of there. Security was a little "hit and miss.&quo...

Thanks again and I hope you like Shiner Bock. What, no Yuengling? :D I used to like Rolling Rock when I was in the U.S. but haven't tried it since it was bought (and moved) by Anheuser-Busch. Actually, Yuengling is my favorite but my husband likes the Shiner Bock. Maybe we can bring half and half. ...

Thanks for the info. That's interesting about the gifts. Never gave that a thought and I'm planning on bringing my friend her birthday present. It's waaaaay under $60. Now I've got a good excuse. "Deb, I would have got you something nicer but I was afraid it would get confisicated at the border...

Question for you more well-seasoned travelers. I've never driven into Canada. (Actually, I've never been out of the country. Hell, until last year when I went to TX, I'd never been west of the Mississippi.) Anyway, can you take say maybe just a 12 pack or so of beer across the border?

The 3:30 "rule" is coming from the Mass State Police in response to the traffic disaster caused by the country concert in July I highly doubt they will bend And they are a rather humorless bunch. Testing them in any way could get ugly folks I can see where the late opening for the lots wi...

Why, thank you. Aren't you sweet.

Des-- I was pretty lucky in that photo. Bill had actually gone backstage and changed and then came back out and mingled. Clean shirt.

Bill is a wonderful, generous, talented, sometimes sweaty man. ENJOY! And be sure to appreciate his guitar pickin' skills as well as his personality & cooking! What Desdamona said. :D And I stalk him, too. Hoping to see him in MD in October. http://shutter14.pictures.aol.com/data/pictures/10/00...

No, I don't think a predate would include trying it on. I think it would be more like looking at it on the hanger.

I know this is of topic but...Kroger grocery stores have a Salvadoran beer "Caguama" that is pretty damn tasty. It doesn't have the "skunky" smell like a freshly opened Corona and at $9 a 12 pack, seems to be a good deal. I just wished I lived in a state where you can buy beer in...

I've had Land Shark and give it an "OK" rating. I prefer a darker larger. But without a doubt the nastiest stuff ever is Miller Chill. I bought one at the preparty at Alpine and took it back. The nice bartender gave me a Corona instead. Really? that's been my favorite for a few months now...
