Well, tonight is Chinese take-out and the opening cermonies from Bejing. No grilling tonight.

Tomorrow night we are headed to a bbq. Brats and Italian sausage.

Sunday night I am aiming for a grilling ribeyes, either shrimp or scallops and a crab salad.
