Your Favorite Comic?

I was watching Comedy Central last night and they had both Lewis Black and Jeff Dunham on back-to-back, two of my favorite current comics. I also really enjoy Bill Engvall, too...... :D

Just curious, who are your favorite comedians?????

Re: 2008 NFL Season

Reports are that last weekend the NY Jets interviewed Baltimore's assistant head coach & defensive coordinator Rex Ryan for their head coaching vacancy......I didn't think coaches could interview as long as their current team is in the playoffs?????? :o It's just a matter of time until Rex gets...

Re: 2009 Baseball Season

And thanks, Capt P for filling in Sonnestine for me. :) As the resident Rays fan here, I felt obligated. Right now...the Rays look BETTER this year than last. Scary. So do the Red Sox. So do the Yankees. Even with all that money spent, the Yankees could very well be the 3rd place team again and mis...

Re: Why did Keith Sykes leave the CRB?

Oh, and something interesting I learned in that bio was that Keith Sykes also wrote Train To Dixie which Jimmy recorded, but never released. I didn't know that was written by Keith. :) Thanks for the additional info.......I still find it amazing how many musicians seemingly float from group to grou...

Re: 2009 Baseball Season

I have to be honest with you...although the Yankees spent a ton of cash on players this offseason, it reminds me of what the Tigers did last offseason. And how did that work out for them. I like what the Tigers have done again this offseason and look for them to be contenders this year for the Cham...

Not much love in this thread for Orlando :-? My clothes are shorts, hawaiian shirts and flip flops - the weather here definitely suits my clothes!! We have lived here for over 10 years, and love it. Sure it's hot and humid in the summer, that is why we have air conditioning. The weather here is bea...

Re: If you live where the weather suits your clothes

I agree with Sydney, Australia but I feel that New Zealand is also a great place. Great scenery, friendly people, warm (not humid) summers, and moderate, wet winters. No snow (except in the south, if you're into that sort of thing). I am a teacher here in Auckland and was able to find a job within ...

I'm also kinda fond of saying, "Well, F*** a duck !!" A few years ago a guy got arrested at a duck farm on Long Island for trying to do that. Not saying it, doing it. No lie What happens on Long Island, stays on Long Island.........thank goodness :o  I heard it gets awfully lonely o...

Re: Jimmy in Maryland in 2009?

There was a slight possibility of a show at Camden Yard a while back, but the deal fell through. I fear we may never see Mr. Buffett perform in downtown Baltimore. Good thing Nissan is close. I've been to Nissan the last 3 years in a row. Nice venue, but I didn't appreciate the new "$30 Premiu...
