I've cut back slightly on the dressing amounts too, Erin. I've found that it can get pretty "soupy" with the frest pineapple, but the fresh pineapple also makes all the difference.

I usually start with the Parrothead Social Area, then the Jimmy Buffett Discussion, and if I have time I quickly check Recipes and Boatdrinks. Of course, if it's late winter/early spring it's hot and heavy on the Tour Dates and Rumors!

Any news of Buffett coming to visit his restaurant during his Chicago show times? I'm not really sure if he's even been there at all since the place opened two weeks ago. As to whether he shows up while the band is in town, obviously, it's anybody's guess. The hotel the band stays at (Ritz Carlton)...
