The stage is already built, and has been there for decades. Buffet played on it in '99, and it is still in place. It faces out to the water and the boats. The webcam that shows a corner of the quay is not positioned to pick up the stage, but it should pick up part of the crowd, as well as the yachts...

Their idea of guardrails are bushes......if you don't like what you see in your headlights, turn them off!!
