Ok. Spring weather question. In CO we can get freakish spring blizzards. Does that happen in NY? What is the end of March like in NY? NYC weather is much like our eastern PA weather. March can be 75 and sunny or 35 and windy. Late March can still be damp and cool....not a big chance of a snowstorm ...
