I think what bothers me most about ticketmaster is the fact that they charge a ton in service fees. Service fees are the very thing that keep me from buying from them. It's ridiculous how much they charge. The organization isn't really that great either.

Is the concert actually free? I realize that I wouldn't be able to make it, but I've heard from a few people that it wasn't free and it sold out. By people, I mean a different forum that I recently joined. What's the real answer??? Oy vey!
