I was able to get to every day this week. A mess of cardio( ellipty, arc trainer, treadmill)...a little bit of lifting...a little bit of hoops.
Averaged an hour and 15 per day.
Gonna paddleboard a bit on Sunday...with plenty of 12oz curls mixed in through the weekend.

SA ...what's your plan? Got plenty of time to get that weight off. Don't know your age...but it's a factor in how quickly it happens...at least that's thought / excuse.
