We've got a pork loin that's going in the smoker shortly. There'll be some chicken thighs as well.

I figure that some corn and some watermelon might end up in there too. You'll have to trust me on the watermelon, it works.

When I was a kid Mum was a florist. I HATED Mother's Day and Valentines Day. We were always roped in (read that as 'forced labour') to work in the shop or cool rooms in the lead up.
