Aloha Buddies! What are we eating today?? Well, it is Wednesday, so that means beach concert night ... so some kind of sandwich, my favorite summer sandwich is fried eggplant cutlet with jersey tomato, provolone, and mayo on rye. It's gonna be roasty hot today, what's everybody up to?
