I have no problem with limits on hitting the quarterback. The size and strength of the lineman nowadays puts a Q back at a distinct disadvantage. Got no problem with a clean hit mind you, but head slap or intentional R.I.P. hit should be outlawed and severely punished. So the QB should wear a skirt...
