MErchandise specific for the current tour is always available inside the venue. T-shirts tend to average $25-$40 depending on style, size, etc. Lots of other stuff (hats, sweatshirts, etc) for sale as well. Sometimes they will also have some leftover shirts from previous tours that they will sell at...

I was at a Ticketmaster in the north 'burbs-the first in line got 8 pavillion, and the next guy got lawn seats, so you could get them in person. My experience the last few years is that the first person in line is the only one who can get pavillion.
