Any more rumors of the rule that you have to actually have a ticket *GASP* before getting into the parking lot? I haven't had a ticket for the last 7 or 8 shows and never had a problem before...

Tampa seems to be somewhat of a risk. New venue means no one really knows how they will enforce their no grills/alcohol policy, and they claim that the parking lot only opens 2 hrs before show. Again, no historical proof either way. Has anyone here been to any concerts there yet?

By all means do Margaritaville once while you are there. Doesn't matter where you stay, because bus service on the main drag is often and cheap. Not sure if it is solely a spring break thing or not, but if they still do it, the Tequila Frogs Bar Leaping Tour is a great deal!! $50 per person plus tip...

Never been to a show in Tampa before. Where is the pre-show hang-out?? I'm used to the Alpine crowd, but I'm assuming that Tampa would be much more subdued, being in town and all. Any pointers? Is it parking lot style or do people just hang out in the local bars beforehand? Thanks!! PS: Might have e...

So is it just me, or did ticket brokers get ALL the tickets for Alpine Valley before they even went on sale? Sucks when tickets go on sale at 10:00, and double in price in less than 5 minutes. Need lawn tickets, btw, if anyone can part with any for something realistic!! mj_hadley@hotmail.com Thanks!
