There is a shopping mall right next to Merriweather and nearly as many people tailgate around merriweather that actually tailgate in the parking lot.

Merriweather is in a highly populated area and all concerts have to be over by a certain time. The police are really tight in that area anyway. Which I really appreciate normally, but it hurts the tailgating. Not that the police hurt the tailgating I think it's the underage pholks who are not respon...

I will be going there. Looking for a pre-concert party though. Merriweather is not very phriendly to the phlock when it comes to tailgating. People have been known to tailgate in the parking lot of the Hilton down the road.
