Jo and I will be there and probably be at the Sportspage as well. However we go to the Shoreline often and always tailgate big time. The best place is the $20 reseved lot right next to venue.

One thing about the Tonga room is that they are a legitimate tiki bar and therefore plays exotica music and book bands that play something close to it. Jimmy Buffett music fits into a tiki bar about the same as Kanye West does. May not be a great pre -party venue

If it does not open until 5PM then maybe post concert will be better. My wife is p*** we are not staying at this place, we were booked to stay here before our New Orleans plans were scuttled.

I recomend the Exotic sounds of Martin Denny. This is a 2cd collection that covers most of his best work. Hard to find this or other exotica music in stores, Amazon has it, sometimes they bundle it with Don Tiki who I highly recomend.

The Elephant CD reminds me of my early Zeppelin bootleg recordings. I consider it the best Rock CD of the last 5 years. Looking forward to the new one next week.
