I used the patches for 2 months. Also, the herbal cigarettes, ( a little herb always helps :D ) and I still use them when I'm in a bar or having a drink...but no nicotine... Good Luck !! I quit for 6 months... Had I just smoked the nicotine free cigs when I gave in I probably would have been okay.....

I was raised in a small community before moving to a rural area before I was of legal age. I'm in no way paranoid. However, I lived 2 blocks from a lake. Do you have any idea who/what can show up at your front door anytime , day or night? Just a few miles North of me before I moved..they busted cra...

The nicotine free do not replace the nicotine craving in any way, but relieves the phycological need for somthing to hold and also that nasty stuff nicotine does to your throat. That's what I need them for... Especially when I drink I just chain smoke.. Now obviously if I just had a cig 5 minutes a...

There has never been anyone killed by an unloaded firearm. And there never will be.... Wrong, wrong, WRONG. People have been/will be shot due to the perceived threat of an unloaded firearm. There is no way for someone (whether their intentions are good or bad) to know whether the firearm in your ha...

There are multiple correct opinions here, because there are multiple situations. Sy keeps a gun by the bed. That works for her. I could never do that; there are kids in my house. Different situations, different right answers. Never did I keep it by my bedside...teenagers and small children are both...

The urge for a cigarette will pass...whether you smoke one or not... I quit 12 years ago. It takes tons of will power, however after the first 3 weeks or so, each day becomes easier... I used the patches for 2 months. Also, the herbal cigarettes, ( a little herb always helps :D ) and I still use th...

There has never been anyone killed by an unloaded firearm. And there never will be.... the responsibility of keeping that firearm out of the wrong hands lies solely with the owner of that firearm.. I lived 15 miles from the Sherriff's Office. Fifteen crooked, winding miles, and could at any given t...

I remember the diskettes, 5 1/4 floppies, and cassettes, the bag phones and more. I had a TI-99-4a.( still have it and I used a tv set as a monitor, games loaded on a cassette player and or a cartidge that plugged into it.) I had friends that had Commodores ( and not the music group)! I remember th...
