So what is the total number up to now? Seems like we are taking over the arena hotel Tueday night, I wonder if they can handle it. Having Cousin as point sounds good. I should be at the hotel around 230-3ish depending on when I leave SF. Does anyone know where we are going to pre-party at the hotel...
