Blake Shelton was on the local atlanta morning show this week performing the song - 1st time I had heard it. pretty good, but i'm not much of a country fan. the one thing that disappointed me was that when asked about the influence of the song/album he referenced drinking songs by merle haggard...H...

IMHO, you can't make it sound much better than what it is initially, no matter what. I do find that XMPlay makes a better recording than Total Recorder but that's just my opinion and it doesn't let you setup a timer. If you use it, make sure your screen saver doesn't kick in. Then there are a slew o...

Not so unbelievable, all too believable. About 7 years ago, there was an unsolved series of rocks through windshields incidents on I-80 approaching Chicago from Gary. Over the course of many months, numerous drivers were victems, as I recall culminating in 1 death after which the incidents stopped. ...

Chipotle got it's start in Denver before it was bought by McD's. They actually got their inspiration from a burrito joint up in Ft. Collins, CO. Chipotle took the idea, opened up shop in Denver, and sold-out to McD's. Not bad for the days of IPO and go. But, besides all that. The food ain't bad--in...

here's a quick fix... don't ask for 6 tickets. If he would have put in 2 or 3 he most likely would have received tickets :-?. Pretty simple concept, not sure why more people havn't adopted it yet. In some cases, those [front few rows of] tickets are set aside by an artist for his or her fans and then sold via the artist's Web site or through fan clubs around the country in advance of the public ticket sale. The practice was begun by the Grateful Dead in the 1980s and is used today by superst...

RM recording of Cinci?
So, does anyone have a recording of the Radio Margaritaville broadcast from Cinci? I try to get all the shows I attend in the collection. (I hear Captain Morgan's FTP has a bunch of drop outs, they turn me off huge, but if that's the best out there I'll go for it.)
