I don't see Monday's show in Jacksonville on the RM schedule - do they not broadcast all the shows? And why not? And why not that one?

Most artists I talk to do check in on their websites (both official and fan done ones) from time to time, especially when there's a new single or something newsworthy going on. Think about it - if you had a website devoted to you, wouldn't curiosity get the better of you? However, most of them don't...

Toby didn't put any of the hits off his latest album on his Greatest Hits album... he didn't want to take away the sales from the most current project, which was still selling well.

Jimmy said Toby came to Key West, but I dunno... I wasn't there that day.

It's kind of a long story, but the short lesson in Music Row 101 is that Toby is on the album, but RCA didn't have the "single" rights to Toby on that song. So, Jimmy went back in, re-recorded the song solo, and it was sent to country radio as a single that you can't buy in stores. However...

Good news! TATS will be #1 this week. (I don't know their schedule to know what day a new episode airs.) That's especially good since when I asked the label if there would be a video for Piece of Work they seemed doubtful (said the single wasn't catching on like they'd hoped). Maybe this will help c...

I'm looking at BDS reports now... We're (XM's Highway 16) playing it the most - 20 spins over the past 7 days. Next is WYUU in Tampa with 11 spins, WCTK in Providence with 7, then a handful of places have spun it 3-5 times and a few more just once (probably on some sort of new music challenge thing....
